Opening a business to business account

Steps to Apply

  1. Complete our Business to Business Application below

  2. Wait for a reply from our Volume Purchasing Coordinator

  3. Upon reply, provide copies of required business documentation

    • Business License

    • Food Handler’s Card or Serve Safe Certificate (if applicable)

    • Operating Location Health Permit OR Operating Kitchen Health Permit OR Cottage Permit OR Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operations Permit (if applicable)

    • Resell Certificate or Seller’s Permit (if applicable)

  4. Once documentation is reviewed, schedule a time to fill out necessary forms and provide equity payment in-store

    • Owner Join Form in the name of your business with $150 full owner share of the Isla Vista Food Co-op (exceptions in the form of a yearly $30 payment plan provided on case-by-case basis)

    • Credit Card Authorization Form (optional)

    • Credit Terms Form (optional)

Once your owner share is activated, you'll receive your electronic catalog from our Volume Purchasing Coordinator and can begin ordering!
